WHAT IS AGE SPOT?

Age spots refers to the ailments and disorders which badly affect on the color of your skin. Skin receives its color from a pigment called melanin which is made by the special cells in the skin. The production of melanin is affected when these cells become unhealthy and which causes skin pigmentation.

Age spots are also called the liver spots which are small dark areas on your skin. These spots usually appear on the face, on the hands, shoulders, and arms which vary in size.   • Cover Up: Cover up your skin by wearing such things as hats or long-sleeved shirts. Wearing a hat and long-sleeved shirts is a great way to confirm that your skin is well protected from the dreadfully aging effect of the sun on your skin. Wear glasses as well to protect your eyes from excessive sun exposure.
  • Drink Up: The cheap and best way of letting you and your skin shine is adequate intake water. Adequate water will keep your skin healthier and spot free. Inadequate water is the main factor what causes age spots on face.
  • Eat Up: There are many supplements that you can take to get rid of the age spots and freckles. Some of the supplements you can use to ensure healthy and great-looking skin are fish oil, soft gel capsules, and vitamin E. Also add primrose oil or grapeseed oil in your supplements list.
  • Avoid: Do refrain yourself or avoid the sun when it is strongest. This usually from 10am to 2pm. Only use high-quality sunscreen with an SPF rating of 30 and above.
