What is Premier Clinic Online Store?

Premier Clinic Online Store is a platform where we bring our skin care brand to our beloved customers. Knowing that the root of the problem for skin problems are the lack of options for skin care, we decided to embark on the journey to provide this for our local community.

Our Pristine products are medical-grade care products consisting of skin care, hair care and supplements. They are formulated and made in USA. They are loved by our customers, but now we are making this available for you, online customers as well.

All our skin care products are guaranteed 100% authentic product with Ministry of Health Malaysia registration (Product Search – https://www.npra.gov.my/index.php/en/consumers/information/products-search) and are at least one year from expiry.

Are the products offered at Premier Clinic Online Store original since we get so much discount?

Yes! At Premier Clinic Online Store, we promise you that every product that are being sold is 100% authentic. Providing you with the highest quality service and original goods is our top priority.

How do I create an account?
  1. Go to  https://premier-clinic.com/my-account/
  2. Click “Create An Account”,
  3. Fill in all the needed information and click “Register”.
  4. After submitting the form, your account will be confirmed and you will be notified by email.
How can I retrieve my password?
  1. Go to  https://premier-clinic.com/my-account/
  2. Clicking “forgot password?”
  3. Fill in your email and click “Reset Password”
  4. Instruction on password retrieval will be sent to your email.
How do I change my personal details or email address?
  1. Go to  https://premier-clinic.com/my-account/
  2. Log in with your email address and password
  3. Here you can change all your detail informations.

Ordering & Payment

How to buy things from Premier Clinic Store online?
  1. Click “add to cart” with your desired quantity
  2. Click on the “Cart” icon located at the upper right corner of the page to “view cart” or “checkout”.
  3. Fill in your billing and shipping detail.
  4. Check summary of your order on the right.
  5. Key in “Promo/Coupon/Voucher Code” if applicable and click “Apply”. Changes will take effect once you have successfully entered the code.
  6. Click “Place order”
  7. Fill in your payment method and detail and click “Proceed”
  8. After the payment transaction are successful, you will receive order summary to your email. Order summary will also be stored to your account.
How can I check the status of my order?
  1. Go to  https://premier-clinic.com/my-account/
  2. Log in with your email address and password
  3. Click “Orders” to check your order status.

Once your order is shipped, you will be notified via email with a courier company tracking number attached.

How do I make a payment?

Payment can be made via IPay88 with Visa/Master Card, FPX Online Banking and E-Wallet (all local e-wallet). Only Ringgit Malaysia (RM/MYR) is accepted.

Why does my order status show 'Payment Pending'?

“Payment Pending” status occurs when payment is unsuccessful either have not been made or failed. You should try to make payment again.

What if my payment has failed?

There may be several reasons for why payment for an order has failed. Reach your own financial institution if for more details regarding your transaction or contact our Customer Service Team if there is any technical issues.

Can I cancel a paid order?

Once the payment is made and order number is generated, any amendments to your order will no longer be possible. We would like to remind you to review your order carefully before submitting your payment.

Shipping

Can I track my shipping?

A shipping confirmation email including tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order has been shipped. You may check the shipping status at our courier partner website directly.

Shipping time?

All orders are dispatched and delivered by the designated carrier from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery via standard delivery will take 3 – 5 business days to West Malaysia and 3-7 business day to East Malaysia (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive tracking number and update on the delivery status of your order by email.

Shipping cost?
  1. Shipping rates will be as below, and subject to change from time to time. Kindly check your shipping fee upon making payment:
    • Peninsular Malaysia: RM 7.90 per order
    • Sabah & Sarawak: RM 14.50 per order
  1. Enjoy FREE Shipping if you hit the minimum purchase amount RM150 in a single order. Minimum spend is due total amount after the deduction of discounts or vouchers applied.
  2. No refund for shipping & handling charges. We will only cover the amount of the products for refund cases.
Am I able to choose what time my parcel gets delivered?

Once your order has been shipped, you may reach out to our courier partners to see if they can arrange a delivery during your preferred time slot.

Can i add or change shipping address?

  2. Log in with your email address and password
  3. Under My Account, click “Addresses” to check your shipping address.
  4. You may save your primary shipping address and save additional shipping address.

Once the payment is made and order number is generated, any amendments to that particular order will no longer be possible.

Do you ship internationally?

Premier Clinic online store only delivers within Malaysia.

Can I collect my online order directly from Premier Clinic branches?

Unfortunately, we currently don’t offer branch pick-up!

Return, Refund & Exchange

Can i request for refund?

Products:
Products sold on premier-clinic.com are not returnable or refundable.
In the event you receive any incorrect/defected items or items that may have been damaged during shipment,  we will exchange and replace defected/damaged item(s) as long as we are notified within 7 days from invoice date.

Services
No refunds are offered on any treatments and services not taken or completed for any reason, including but not limited to: side effects or complication during arising any treatment sessions, product allergy, unsatisfactory results and worsening of original condition.

Can i request for exchange of defected, damaged or incorrect product?

Only defected, damaged and incorrect products purchased on Premier Clinic Online Store may be returned for exchange. Products purchased at other channel including Premier Clinic branch are not accepted for exchange. Can I get a list of ingredients for a product?

Yes. You may see the ingredients for each product under the designated product page under the subheading ‘Ingredients’.

Do I earn points for reviewing products?

Yes! Tell us what you love (or don’t love) about a product you have purchased online from Premier Clinic Online store to earn five ringgit voucher points. You must be logged into your account when submitting the review.

Points will be credited within 48 hours of your review’s approval.

How do I write a good review?
  1. Be a Premier Clinic online store Member.
  2. Purchase the product from Premier Clinic via the Premier Clinic online store website.
  3. Log-in your online account to write review.

A good review should be:

  • A minimum of 150 characters is ideal.
  • Icons and special characters are welcome,
  • about your experience with the product, both negative or positive feedback is welcome.
  •  must not contain any of the information prohibited in the Terms of Use found here.
