Shipping Charges

  1. Shipping is only available for both East and West Malaysia street address only excluding PO Box, with the rates as below, and subject to change from time to time. Kindly check your shipping fee upon making payment:
    • Peninsular Malaysia: RM 7.90 per order
    • Sabah & Sarawak: RM 14.50 per order
  1. Enjoy FREE Shipping if you hit the minimum purchase amount RM150 in a single order. Minimum spend is due total amount after the deduction of discounts or vouchers applied.
  2. No refund for shipping & handling charges. We will only cover the amount of the products for refund cases.

Delivery & Shipping Details

  1. Kindly ensure your shipping address is accurate, as we do not allow amendments after your order number is generated.
  2. All orders are dispatched and delivered by the designated carrier from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  3. Delivery via standard delivery will take 3 – 5 business days to West Malaysia and 3-7 business day to East Malaysia (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive tracking number and update on the delivery status of your order by email.
  4. Delivery may take additional time during unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather events, movement control order, festive & seasonal periods, promotion & sale periods, holidays, etc. However, customers can expect to receive their package within the promised delivery time-frame stated on their respective order summary/order confirmation email.
  5. If your order has not reached you within the normal delivery time frame, please first contact courier company with your tracking number for further assistance.
  6. We only use standard packaging materials for all orders.
  7. If the packaging seal is opened or damaged, DO NOT accept the parcel. Kindly report to us immediately.
  8. If we attempt to deliver your order, but you are not present to receive it, our courier partner will contact you for necessary arrangement. If our partners are unable to reach you after multiple attempts, your package will be returned to our courier partner office or Premier Clinic’s collection centre. Re-delivery would incurred additional fees and charges which will be borne by customer.
