RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Thank you for your purchase through our Premier Clinic website. We value you as a member of the Premier Clinic family and strive to meet your expectations with the products and service we provide.
Products:
Products sold on premier-clinic.com are not returnable or refundable.
In the event you receive any incorrect/defected items or items that may have been damaged during shipment, we will exchange and replace defected/damaged item(s) as long as we are notified within 7 days from invoice date.
Services
No refunds are offered on any treatments and services not taken or completed for any reason, including but not limited to: side effects or complication during arising any treatment sessions, product allergy, unsatisfactory results and worsening of original condition.
Exchange Terms and Conditions
- Return and exchange only applicable for defected, damaged, incorrect items. If you have made an incorrect purchase or have changed your mind after receiving the items, there would be no return or exchange.
- Only products purchased on Premier Clinic Online Store may be returned for exchange. Products purchased at Premier Clinic branch are not accepted for refund. If you buy Premier Clinic product(s) from unauthorized retailers, websites or other unauthorized sources, we regret that we cannot offer you our refund or otherwise assist you with any problems that you may encounter.
- The returning item must be
- return with original condition and packaging
- attached with packing slip, invoice, receipt, delivery notes that was included in your original order
- Exchange will not be issued for any returns that do not meet the terms of the Return Policy indicated below:
- Received a different product from what you received.
- 20% or more of the product has been removed or used from the original packaging.

- Premier Clinic online store reserves the right of final decision if the product(s) returned is in unsatisfactory condition, or the above terms are not met.
Exchange Proses
To exchange any incorrect, defected or damaged item, please return the item(s) immediately by simply following the steps below.
- Contact Premier Clinic at +6012- 662 5552 and inform Premier Clinic Representative of your reason for return within 7 days of your original invoice date. You may also email your request for exchange to pc-ecommerce@premier-clinic.com.
- Within 7 days of speaking with an Premier Clinic Representative or email confirmation, please return all of the following items to the address below:
- Damaged/defective item in its original condition and packaging
- Description of your reason for return (picture of your item and its condition).
- Copy of the packing slip, invoice, receipt, delivery notes that was included in your original order (please retain a copy of the documents for your records)

- For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you ship via trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. Premier Clinic Online Store is not liable for packages lost during shipping. We cannot issue exchange item for returned items that are not received.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. While exchange of defective/incorrect product will be delivered at our cost.
- Premier Clinic will process your exchange within 7 business days upon receipt of the returned item(s), and you will be notified of such exchange by a Premier Clinic Representative.
- Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- If you do not receive a exchange within 7 days following notification from an Premier Clinic Representative, contact your Premier Clinic Representative to confirm the delivery status.
