Dr Mastura completed her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) at Alexandria University, Egypt (MBBS, EG), building a strong foundation in clinical medicine. She later obtained her Certificate in Aesthetic Medicine (MAC), allowing her to further refine her skills in non-surgical aesthetic procedures such as lasers, injectables and skin rejuvenation.
Her full name is Siti Mastura Binti Misrom, and she is fully registered with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC Reg No: 80293).
Before joining Premier Clinic, Dr Mastura served as a House Officer at Hospital Sultan Ismail, where she rotated through multiple core disciplines and developed an eye for detail and patient safety. She then continued her journey as a Medical Officer in Sabah, working in the Anaesthesia and Intensive Care Unit at Hospital Keningau and Sabah Women and Children Hospital.
This exposure to high-dependency and critical care settings sharpened her technical skills, calmness under pressure, and deep respect for patient comfort and safety — values she carries into every aesthetic procedure she performs today.
PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
During her years in anaesthesia and intensive care, Dr Mastura saw first-hand how small interventions can make a big difference in a person’s wellbeing. Over time, she became increasingly interested in how non-invasive and minimally invasive aesthetic treatments could similarly transform how patients feel about themselves — not only physically, but emotionally and psychologically.
Recognising the potential of modern aesthetic medicine to delay visible ageing, improve skin quality and enhance confidence, she decided to focus her career in this field. She believes that early and consistent maintenance gives better, more natural results than waiting until drastic correction is needed.
