Last 2 weeks, I was invited by Premier Clinic to review their variety of treatments. I was so excited and happy at the same time because I found out I looks so puffy and fat after I came back from Thailand! Now it’s just in time for me to lose some weight. *wink*

Washroom was so obvious to be spot! I always hate those place with hiding washroom because you need to purposely go find it or you need to ask the staff where is it.
Before we started to do anything, I consult doctor and saying the part that makes me most annoying would be my fat tights. My legs and twaist can be slimmer after exercise, however my tights are still so puffy because of the stubborn fat. =( Therefore, doctor suggested me I can try on the Vanquish FatReduction treatment.

The Vanquish system is a non-invasive, non-contact Selective RF Technology that selectively heat adipose tissue to the point of apoptosis, while surrounding tissue remains unaffected. It is the greatest invention for fatburning and also the best treatment in the market so far. Vanquish destroys fats and leaves no pain and side effects. The result is a safe and natural decrease in the adipose tissue layer.
How does the Vanquish procedure work?
The Vanquish delivers energy based on the impedance of adipose tissue, The devise constantly adjust energy delivery in order to induce and maintain homogeneous heating of the tissue. Once the adipocytes reach therapeutic temperature, the adipocytes will become apoptotic, resulting in the cell death.
How hot is “hot”?
Fat cells have lower conductivity than the surrounding tissue such as skin and muscles. The Vanquish is able to selectively heat the fat cells to the temperature of 44-45 Celsius while the surrounding tissue remains unaffected at 40-41 Celsius.

✿ How long will results last?
Each treatment lasting 30 minutes, as long as the patient maintains their current weight and lifestyle, the results should remain for an indefinite period of time.
✿ Who is a suitable candidate for treatment?
The Vanquish is for patients who have areas of unwanted fat. The Vanquish is not a weight reduction treatment for people who are obese, or a substitute for surgical methods such as liposuction or gastric bandage. Suitable candidates possess good overall health.
The Vanquish has been scientifically proven and clinically tested on the abdomen and love handles and proven to be safe and effective. There is no pain associated with the Vanquish treatments, During the therapy you will feel a mild to moderate heat sensation. Side effects are minimal and include mild redness, warmth, and tissue tenderness. Our doctor will provide you with more information about what to expect during and after the treatment.
✿ Can I return to my normal routine after treatments?
Yes, you can return to your normal routine right after your treatment. While patients may experience mild redness and warmth after treatment these side effects last only minutes to hours and have no effect on your daily life. ✿ When will I see results?
The treatment can be done once a week and need 6 sessions for the best result. You may start to see improvement days after your first treatment. However you will see greater results as early as 2 weeks after your final treatment. Oh yeah~ My tights do become slimmer like 1 and 2 inches. The staff saying my right tights tend to be harder. Hmm….maybe I always using the left side since I’m left handed? Of course, you might can’t see the huge different regarding to the photo above. But me myself do think it’s got a little bit slimmer. What I like about this treatment is because you no necessary to inject anything, no need to apply numb cream to reduce your pain. Just lay back and relax then you can get instant result. The temperature is warm but not hot, therefore it won’t burn your skin. In addition, 30 minutes process is so time saving, you can just drop by during lunch and done. You won’t have any redness or side effect right after you done the treatment. THUMBS UP! I can’t wait to visit Premier Clinic soon to try another round of treatment. =)
