Despite reports stating the size of a woman’s vagina is proportional to how much sex has had, a woman’s vagina cannot be referred to as loose base on a standard size.

Nonetheless, there are some indicators to what a loose vagina is, which includes:

What is a Loose Vagina

A loose vagina caused by childbirth and age is more severe. Childbirth can permanently stretch the vaginal canal and opening, especially if an instrument like forceps or a vacuum is used during a delivery.

And once you have located the pelvic floor muscles, empty the bladder and lie on your back. Now, squeeze your pelvic floor muscles and hold the contraction for a few seconds.   • Raising your legs straight up: The legs up exercise requires you to lie on your back and lift your legs straight up one after the other. Try avoiding the bending of the legs. Learn to keep your legs straight as you raise and lower them. A lesser alteration to this process requires moving the legs sideways.
