• No hot shower/bathing

Do not bathe in a hot shower on the same day after treatment. You can have a hot shower the next day

• No swimming 

Do not swim for at least one or two days. Your skin will become very sensitive after the session. Therefore, you should not spend so much time under direct sunlight

• Apply sunblock lotion

You should apply sunscreen generously for 3 to 4 days after each session, even if it is a cloudy day

• No sexual activity

If you lasered your bikini area, you must avoid having sex all day
