What is PremierX
PremierX is a loyalty reward programme that offers benefits in the form of cashback to our loyal customers. Our customers will be rewarded based on cumulative spending of the previous 1 year, from 1 January to 31 December of every year. It is applicable to all the customers and patients that have been with us all this time. It is purposely designed to give you the best reward for staying with us.
How PremierX works?
Customer is entitled to the loyalty reward programme once the minimum spending amount of RM20,000 is accumulated. Spend more, earn more. Customers can earn up to 30% cashback based on their total spending.
Our customer satisfaction is our priority. We are trying our level best to serve our customer with proper care and improve our services from time to time.
The terms and conditions for PremierX are as follow:
- There is a minimum spending of RM20,000 in the initial year to be eligible for loyalty rewards.
- You can redeem your Loyalty Reward for up to 50% of a procedure’s normal price.
- Loyalty rewards can be used in a span of 1 year and expire on 31 December every year.
- Non-transferrable to other person
- Non-exchangeable for cash
- Not applicable to products
- Not valid with other ongoing promotions, discount, or any privileges.
The company reserves the right to refuse issuance of Loyalty Reward Programme to any customer who does not follow the prescribed terms and conditions.
You only need to present your identification card to our beauty consultant during the registration. From there we can trace how much cash back you can redeem out of your yearly spending.
