What Is PRP?
PRP treatment is a non-invasive, non-surgical treatment used to restore skin’s youth and glow. It uses the healing properties of red blood and rejuvenate the skin’s collagen production. How Does It Work In Getting Rid Of Wrinkles And Folds?
First of all, you will be examined by our doctor during the FREE consultation session to make sure that you’re in a perfect condition to go for the procedure. Then, a small blood sample will be extracted then put into a centrifuge where it sets apart the red blood cells and the platelet-rich plasma.
Afterwards, your neck will be numbed with local anaesthetic to reduce any discomfort or unwanted pain. The doctor will inject the platelet-rich plasma extracted earlier into your neck to help repair the collagen production, promote cell growth thus reducing the wrinkles and folds.
The whole process takes less than 1 hour to be completed from the consultation to the end of treatment. The optimum result can be seen as early as 4-6 months as collagen needs time to produce.

What Should I Do (Or Avoid) After Prp Procedure?
As PRP treatment does not go through normal neck lift surgery, there is no downtime required. You may drive home safely after the procedure. You also do not need to worry about scarring, less swelling and quicker healing process. Please avoid all blood thinning medications and herbal supplements for at least 1 week to ensure optimum result. This include taking Aspirin and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen, motrin and aleve.
There is no real risks associated with PRP treatment as we are using your own blood to deliver the best result. You may experience some redness or minor swelling after the procedure but it will reduce gradually over 1-2 days. Applying cold ice packs may help in reducing the discomfort.
To avoid bruising, please avoid alcohol for 6 hours after the treatment. Tylenol may be recommended if in need for discomfort.
