HOW DOES LIPOCEL HIFU WORK?

The unique patented Lipocel contact cooling system is a great breakthrough in the use of focused ultrasound. The technology and system makes heat energy completely bearable by reducing the handpiece surface temperate down to just 5oC. The treatment is extremely effective for the breakdown of fat cells.
This lower temperature level reduces the pain experienced in epidermal and nerve areas, and also ensures that the skin’s surface is protected, while delivering higher energy into the subcutaneous fat layer for optimum results. The temperature of the subcutaneous fat cells is raised to over 70oC
by using powerful energy up to a maximum of 150 J.
WHAT IS HIFU?
HIFU is short for high-intensity focused ultrasound. It is a type of thermal or heat therapy, where the heat is focused on specific areas of fat deposits. During treatment, high temperatures of 65-100oC are generated when applying the high-intensity ultrasound energy on one spot, with the objective of burning the target fat away.
