Ultherapy Skin Tightening in Kuala Lumpur

There are various methods of skin tightening and lifting. Previously a plastic surgical procedure, namely facelift, was popular for tightening up saggy skin on the face to make the person look much younger.

Tummy Fat Reduction Mesotherapy

Mesotherapy is the injection of small doses of medications via tiny needles into a localized area. It can be done on the scalp to promote hair grown. Mesotherapy (or meso for short) can also be performed on the face to rejuvenate the face and to restore youth to the face. Mesotherapy can also be used for localized, targeted fat reduction, especially stubborn belly fat.

Dr Elaine Chong performed a session of Mesotherapy for fat loss, also known as Mesolipo, for Miss Apple Tan. Dr Elaine Chong of Premier Clinic in Bangsar first cleansed the treatment area, in this case the abdomen, before proceeding with the procedure. Ice packs are applied on the area before injection to make it numb and more comfortable. The actual procedure takes less than 5 minutes and can be repeated every few weeks.

Chin Dermal Fillers

Dermal fillers are gel-like substances made from hyaluronic acid. Dermal fillers such as Juvederm, Restylane and Teosyal are biocompatible products which adds volume to the treated areas.

Second Session of Acne Scar Laser

Doctors have to admit that deep acne scars can be difficult to treat. But with the correct techniques, help is at hand.

Premier Clinic offers acne scar treatments, including skin peel, microdermabrasion, Derma Roller and subcision.

A popular and effective way of reducing acne scar is to use a laser. Fractional CO2 laser and Fractional Erbium YAG lasers are both suitable and effective. However, the best results would come after several sessions of this laser. Here is our volunteer, Miss Dya Chew, undergoing her second session of Fotona Spectro Erbium YAG laser to reduce her pimple marks.

She was attended to by Dr Aarthi Maria at Premier Clinic Bangsar branch. Miss Dya had her first session of acne scar laser done 1 month ago done by Dr Elaine Chong. Two weeks back, she had a session of subcision to break the fibrous scar tissue causing indentations and ice pick scars.

Magazine Interview on Mesolipo

Premier Clinic doctors are frequently invited to contribute their expertise by giving interviews to magazine, newspaper and television reporters.

Dr Kee Yong Seng of Premier Clinic Taman Tun Dr Ismail, Kuala Lumpur was invited by New Beauty Magazine, an English language monthly publication to undergo an interview session with their reporter on the topic of Mesolipo. The article would be out in their January 2015 edition.

Mesolipo is the administration of a medicines designed to target localised fat bulges. The injected solution helps the body to clear off the unwanted and excessive fat tissue on the treated areas.

Premier Clinic Sponsors UITM Charity Project

Our doctors at Premier Clinic believes in helping the needy and doing their part for the community.

We at Premier Clinic would be happy to contribute our time and energy to a good cause in regardless of race and religion.

Our drs and staff have volunteered their expertise in attending to the homeless and refugees at soup kitchens and mobile clinics organised by Pertubuhan Wanita Islam (PERTIWI) for the homeless, refugees, drug addicts and sex workers.

Last Christmas, Dr Chen Tai Ho invited orphans of all races to enjoy a sumptuous buffet spread at a 5 star restaurant in Kuala Lumpur. The children was happy to be entertained by Santa Claus, magicians, clowns and band singers.

Our doctors also visited orphanages and old folks homes during Chinese New Year and Deepavali season. We spent time talking to the elderly folk and brought them lunch. Our doctors’ friends entertained them by singing songs, playing the guitar and having games.

This time around, Universiti Institut Teknologi Mara (UITM) students had to come up with their final year project whereby they had to organise a charity project of their choice.

They chose to promote better Islamic understanding to new Muslim converts for their final year project, whereby they organised buses from all over peninsular Malaysia to go UITM for a session of talks by well-known Muslim leaders and imams on 28 November 2014. After that, they had one-to-one sessions with the UITM students to discuss about their experiences and challenges as new Muslim converts.

UITM approached our clinic for sponsorship to cover the cost of chartering a fleet of buses from all the states in Peninsular Malaysia, speaker fees and meals for the participants during the event. We were glad to have helped.

Our doctors may not be Muslims but we believe in helping fellow Malaysians and contributing to a good cause irregardless of race, religion or sexuality.

Pore Refining Laser

Nose Threadlift Session

Most people prefer sharp, tall and pointy noses. There are a few methods of reshaping the nose. A common way is to use dermal fillers injection. Another method is to undergo rhinoplasty surgery. However, surgery comes with longer downtime, bruising and more discomfort.

One way of lifting and refining the shape of the nose is to use threadlift made from an absorbable material called PDO.

We had a session of threadlift, performed by Premier Clinic doctors, Dr Elaine Chong, Dr Aarthi Maria and Dr Kee Yong Seng at Premier Clinic in Jalan Telawi, Bangsar.

The actual procedure is only a 10 minutes process after the volunteer Miss Norziana has been adequately numbed by applying a layer of topical anesthesia over the area of treatment.

Results can last up to 1.5 years. It’s a safe and simple procedure when performed by trained doctors.
